Description:

Bring your keen administrative skills and your strong interpersonal skills to help support QRA’s Corporate Services division. In your role as an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist in the provision of procurement advice and support to internal stakeholders under the application of the Queensland Government and QRA procurement policy, principals and best practice governance.
  • Undertake procurement activities in line with established Queensland Government and QRA policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and communicate on financial, contract management and procurement systems compliance.
  • Undertake scheduled and ad-hoc procurement reporting and forecasting using PowerBI, Excel, finance and CRM systems.
  • Maintain the integration of procurement activity with the Dynamics365 finance system (raising purchase orders, receipting)
  • Undertake research on relevant supplier markets, capabilities and technology.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative, and productive working relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement services are responsive to current and future needs.
  • Contribute to the development of reports and briefing notes to support procurement initiatives including preparation of high-quality briefing material and correspondence.
  • Support the Principal Advisor and Director with the development, improvement, implementation and review of Procurement practices and procedures.
  • Undertake related project and other duties of equivalent complexity to support the Finance and Procurement team and broader Corporate Services division as required.
  • This role reports to the Director, Finance and Procurement.
