Reporting to the Regional Manager at Hunters Hill, you will be providing a high level of administrative support to the Business Manager, Care Advisors and office-based employees within the region by effectively completing administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven Administration experience in a busy role
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Cert II or III in Business Administration or something similar
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – this will be tested
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Chec
