POSITION TITLE: Administration Officer
DEPARTMENT: Integrated Care Services
OPERATIONAL BASE: Carramar
STATUS: Full- time (38 hours per week) contract position until June 30th, 2029
Responsibilities:
The Administration Officer will ensure that those families seeking support feel comfortable, understood and supported. They will be the initial face that families see when they come into the Karitane Fairfield Integrated Child and Family Hub. The Administration Officer will be responsible for booking of appointments for families, receiving and processing referrals, supporting with data collection, supporting community engagement activities, taking meeting minutes and assisting the Systems Navigator with general administrative tasks associated with the Fairfield Integrated Child and Family Hub.
