Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Build and maintain a culture of collaboration through developing strong relationships with the Learning support volunteers (tutors), children/young people, caregivers, and staff to support tutoring session engagement and satisfaction.
Liaise with tutors and families, and the broader Children’s Team to facilitate referrals, connection and ongoing session engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum Diploma level qualification and substantial experience providing administrative support to enable the timely and effective delivery of programs and record keeping.
- Demonstrated high level of communication skills (verbal and written) – ability to communicate with a wide-ranging audience and show empathy when dealing with client and volunteer queries.
- Ability and confidence to work under limited direction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage service obligations including confidentiality, duty of care, mandatory reporting, and professional conduct
