Join our Mental Health Service as an Administration Officer and be part of a team that’s making a difference in Mental Health care!

  • Administration Officer position – Permanent part-time (2 days a week)
  • Supportive team, dedicated to helping you grow and succeed in your role

This role will provide efficient and effective administrative services to support the clinical department. The successful applicant will deliver administrative support across both Ward 3C (adult acute mental health unit) and the Mental Health Short Stay Unit (MHSSU), which together comprise our public mental health stream.

EXPERIENCE FOR SUCCESS

  • Provide customer service to a diverse group of customers both internal and external
  • Worked as part of a team
  • Work in an administrative role with a high level of policies and processes
  • Work with various technology platforms including MS Office
  • Work within a fast paced environment with competing priorities
  • Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, networks and customers (e.g., clinical staff, patients, families) from diverse backgrounds
  • Be involved in quality/performance/process improvement initiatives
  • Work in a hospital/medical environment
