Description:
The primary aim of the role is to provide administrative support. Undertaking business and administrative activities to support the management and co-ordination of the All Age Continuing Care and Specialist Placements Team (East and West Kent).
Please note that this role is an office-based role and will require working from our office based in Ashford.

- Provide business administrative support for Clinicians and Senior Management.
- Provide administrative support to meetings including set up, preparation of agendas and distribution, minutes and taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
- Supporting the clinical team with the management of their caseloads, managing their electronic diaries, including arranging and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate.
- Acting as a point of contact for the All Age Continuing Care and Specialist Placements Team, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously.
- Inputting, monitoring and checking data required for finite and ongoing placements activities.
