The opportunity

• Promote and apply effective and courteous communications ensuring concise and timely information relay to support optimal clinical service provision.
• Manage and maintain confidential record systems.

Role requirements

• It would be advantageous to have Ward Administration experience.
• Fortnightly rosters are published 5 days in advance.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.

The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:

• Advantageous to have knowledge and experience in Minute Taking.
• General Reception Experience.
• Sound database knowledge.
• Knowledge of Code of Conduct, Ethical decisions and organisational objectives.
• Experience in Administration duties.
• Demonstrate being a Team Player or/and work autonomously.

• Salary rates between $37.68 - $41.90 p.h. (AO3)
