Responsibilities:

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Deliver a wide range of administrative support to the unit as required, including word processing, presentation preparation, spreadsheets and diary management
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, including venue bookings, arranging attendees and equipment, preparing agendas and minutes, and managing some travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage divisional requirements including SAP input for payroll and finance, payment of invoices and petty cash
  • Effectively communicate with management, staff, suppliers, and customers to maintain a productive and harmonious team environment

THIS ROLE WILL BE IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

  • Substantial level of skill in providing administrative services and support including payroll and purchasing
  • Substantial level of organizational skills
  • Substantial level of skill in the use of contemporary office software, including Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Substantial level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
