Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the administrative tasks of our operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory data, coordinating shipments, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update inventory records using service management software.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktaking activities.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on inventory status, stock levels, and order status.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues in inventory management.
  • Provide support to sales & service staff as required.
