ABOUT THE ROLE

As an ASO2 Administrative Officer/Receptionist in the Assessment Services Unit, you will play a key role in providing administrative support and delivering excellent reception services. Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks at assessment clinics, including typing specialist reports and general practitioner letters generated during clinic visits. You’ll be a crucial point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and providing a customer service-focused experience at every interaction.
