Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer in Recruitment to support the delivery of a client-focussed recruitment service to the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. This role is required to provide efficient and effective management of end to end recruitment practices including provision of advice, education and support on recruitment and selection processes to deliver timely recruitment of employees for the Health Service.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiting line managers in the end-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes including:
  • Support the management of the selection process including providing advice on advertising options, processing requests and advertisements in accordance with SCHHS procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage the finalisation of the appointment process including validation of pre-employment checks, creation of the letter of appointment, issuing of relevant communication and initiating new employees’ SCHHS on boarding process.
  • Provide high quality support, procedural advice and assistance to all client groups relating to all aspects of vacancy processing and recruitment services.
    Remuneration value up to $94 810 p.a., comprising salary between $74 722 - $83 097 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3). (One fixed term temporary full time position for 12 months). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
