Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administration Officer to join our team.
List of responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Perform general administrative duties such as managing schedule, documents, database for the residents.
- Manage the meal arrangement for the residents and shift staff
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Attend to phone calls and visitors to the Hostel.
- Support other administrative functions, including supporting shift during an emergency.
Manage bookings of rooms, recording of meeting minutes, as well as security screening request and archive all results.Administration function for the Community Interventions Division
