Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administration Officer to join our team.

List of responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as managing schedule, documents, database for the residents.
  • Manage the meal arrangement for the residents and shift staff
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Attend to phone calls and visitors to the Hostel.
  • Support other administrative functions, including supporting shift during an emergency.
  • Manage bookings of rooms, recording of meeting minutes, as well as security screening request and archive all results.Administration function for the Community Interventions Division
