YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to meet both internal and external customer expectations and requirements
- Proven organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a hospital setting and familiarity with Health Funds
- Demonstrate superior problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with patient management systems (Meditech) is essential.
- Advanced computer skills using MS Office
REQUIREMENTS
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
Responsibilities:
This position will assist the Administration Manager with the coordination of the clerical functions and HR functions of the Administration staff. Departments covered include Emergency Department, Customer Service (preadmissions), Front Reception, Switchboard and all Ward Clerks.
This role will require the successful candidate to be available across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends.
