Responsibilities:
As a Team Assistant (f/m/d), your primary role will be to deliver seamless administrative and organizational assistance to our Production Services team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our international, multi-location team, creating a framework for increased efficiency and elevated performance. Your extensive range of responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to:
- Coordinate and manage the calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure all commitments are met.
- Assist in managing communications, including drafting and proofreading emails on behalf of management team.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management team.
- Organizing travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up such as booking of travel expenses.
- Organize and prepare meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Managing shared drives and communities
- Provide additional support to team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
