REQUIREMENTS

• Communication level of English, Hungarian is a must
• Good MS Office skills
• Good communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
• University/college degree
• Good understanding of local employment legislation and HR practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

Position of Administrative Specialist includes tasks from Human Resources and Office Administration.

HR TASKS

• Preparation and administration of all personnel documentation
• Benefits administration, including contacts with vendors
• Maintaining the HR system up-to-date
• Supervision of the attendance system
• Responsibility for for payroll inputs and process, while being the No 1 contact person for the outsourced payroll provider
• Internal reporting
• Recruitment for open positions
• Training Administration
• Organization of events

ADMIN TASKS

• Company cars administration
• Office management (office supplies, entry cards)
• Mobile phones administration
• Health & Safety Administration
• Mail administration
