ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
- We are looking for an outstanding administrator to support our Account Management Team!
- Wellington based - fixed term opportunity from January to September 2025.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS.
We’re looking for an administration guru. Ideally you will be coming from a banking, finance, or insurance background, but we’re open to candidates from other backgrounds as long as you can demonstrate your ability to pick up complex tasks and systems quickly.
You’ll have incredible attention to detail and be able impress us with multitasking skills.
Key requirements for this role are:
- Proven capacity for working in a similar support/administration role - ideally within the Financial Services / insurance / banking industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advance), and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and Interact with colleagues by email and phone to check data quality.
- Using transactional reports on Excel, analyse and identify appropriate correspondences to action.
It can be a busy role, but you won’t be working alone. You will have the support of an incredible team who will help set you up for success!
