Description:
LOCATION: BRISTOL (HYBRID)

Responsibilities:
A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
The day to day of this role will involve dealing with tasks such as, the processing of Statutory Declaration forms and data files, dealing with the release of payments, investigating and dealing with both internal and external enquiries.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Issuance of Client Due Diligence documentation and Dispute Amount Confirmation forms
- Classifying incoming emails into the correct workflow transactional queues;
- Dealing with the releasing of payments, which may include both the keying and authorising of payments
- Assist with the testing of ongoing internal functionality development, to ensure continued efficiencies are delivered
- Achieving service levels and individual productivity and Quality Assurance metrics
- Supporting the goals of the wider Business/ Admin Support Team by providing assistance where required
- Ensure accuracy of all transactions to enable smooth function of the Admin Support Team and other team processesEnsure customer focus, quality and regulatory compliance is at the heart of all activities and processes to encourage customer retention
