Description:

Location: Plaza Indonesia - Jakarta
Position: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Fluency in English is a MUST; an accounting background is a plus.
  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • ⁠ ⁠Preferably has experience working in a Marketing Agency.
  • ⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Solid administrative and analytical skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Knowledgeable in scanning and administration-related tasks.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • ⁠ ⁠Willingness to work extra hours and on weekends as needed by the company.
  • ⁠ ⁠Capable of performing additional duties as assigned.

Job Description:

  • ⁠ ⁠Analyze, scan, and record customer databases and receipt documents based on the Document Checklist assigned by the company.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure quality control of scanned documents before uploading them to the system, including cross-checking and enhancing document quality for cloud storage.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain up-to-date and correctly saved documents and data.
  • ⁠ ⁠Perform responsibilities outlined in the Quality Management System.
  • ⁠ ⁠Assist in verifying the completeness and validity of customer documents and prepare reports as requested.
  • ⁠ ⁠Support CRM processing and coordinate closely with the Back Office Supervisor to ensure that the deployment timetable is met.
  • ⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support to the board, including file maintenance and safekeeping, encoding, preparing requisition of supplies, and processing reimbursement of payments and leave pay for crew members, as applicable.
  • ⁠ ⁠Escalate major issues and concerns to the Immediate Superior.
  • ⁠ ⁠Perform other duties as assigned periodically.

Another 20% of this is to asisst our CMO in daily tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Having basic knowledge in using Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.
