Description:

NATURE OF THE WORK

  • Prepare financial statements; make accounting entries, transfers, reconciliations and so on; carry out technical analyses of accounts and reports; monitor transactions made by others, detect and correct errors
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize the data required for preparing the budget; participate in preparing the budget; monitor the budget and analyze certain entries; inform and assist the persons concerned so that they may adhere to the rules prescribed.
  • Analyze the needs in material resources, participate in developing standards and oversee their application
  • Adapt management techniques to the delivery of specific administrative activities and current operations
  • Perform any other related duty, if need be

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hold a Diploma of College Studies in Business Administration (3-year program) or related;
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Word and Excel. As a result, we require applicants to pass a test in Word and Excel with a passing grade of 60% before considering their application;
  • Have an excellent command of English and French both oral and written
