We are looking for 4 administrativ project assisant - junior.
Detailed description of work task to be carried out
In connection with a companywide IT project, our customer is looking for 4 junior administrative project assistants who excel in analysis, communication and structure.
In the job you’ll be responsible for:
- Analyze data and drive improvements
- Book and drive meetings, follow-up on and document agreed activities.
- Provide active support to the Line Managers to conduct IT Access reviews and gather feedback and improvement opportunities whilst leading the meetings
- Ensure that the updates made by the stakeholders (Application Owners, Application Providers) is in accordance with the guidelines and standards set by IAM
- Proactive and prompt follow up to ensure completion of the IT Access reviews within the timelines set by IAM.
- Highlight impediments and escalate as needed if there are any delays to meeting the timelines set.
- Ensure accuracy in the reporting of the tasks.
DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- +/- 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English - spoken and Written (Scandinavian language skills is a plus, but not a must)
- Previous experience working agile
- Experience from Kanban and JIRA is considered an advantage, but not a must.
- Basic to proficient excel skills
- Service minded
- Ability to communicate IT subjects to all stakeholders (incl. business). Bridge the gap btw IT and business.
- Analytical mindset
- Be structured
- Work independently Main tools used within the project:
- MS Office suite
