Description:
Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately.
- Organise and maintain the office filing system, ensuring all documents are properly archived.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Operations Management:
- Process daily banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
- Verify and reconcile client accounts.
- Monitor loan applications and ensure the updating of client files.
- Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely reordering.
- Manage office budgets and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense reporting.
- Accounting Support:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as preparing expense reports, data entry, and tracking payments.
- Support the financial team with managing records, tracking expenses, and liaising with external accountants.
