JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Agent will be in charge of various documents collection and transmittal to different Luxembourg administrations. He/She prepares and sends filings on behalf of our clients, respecting internal processes, ensuring Alter Domus standards are met while respecting the law. He also ensures the safekeeping and categorization of both official and supporting documents generated during the different processes:
- Gather required documentation and personal details;
- Track the progress of documents gathering and filing statuses;
- Prepare electronic documents for legal filings for clients, interface between the Administration and internal staff expectations;
- Generate, prepare and upload related documents in our document management system;
- Preparation of extracts for publication, requisition forms and other documents relating to company’s decisions (CoSec documents);
- Coordinate and centralize the registration of LEI and ISIN codes on behalf of our clients, on dedicated platforms;
- Filing of reviewed Corporate Tax, VAT, reportings on dedicated platforms (MyGuichet, eCDF, RCS, etc.).
