PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with:
- Working in or with the government.
- Microsoft Adobe or similar software.
- Customer and constituent relations.
- Purchasing and booking travel.
- Coordinating communication between multiple individuals and groups.
- Strong writing and proofing skills, including compiling reports, resumes, and cover letters.
- Administrative assistance at the Executive level.
Responsibilities:
- Representing the department via a variety of responses of correspondence from the public and other stakeholders (in-person, phone, and e-mail).
- Keeping detailed and accurate records.
- Compiling various reports and documents.
- Collecting and entering data into various reports, forms, and software.
- Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
- Attending various meetings and providing notes and/or minutes.
- Assisting with travel and reimbursement processes.
- Demonstrating superior seamless customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation, efficiency, and fiscally responsible activity
