The Opportunity
TC Energy is seeking an Administrative Analyst to contribute and support the operations of our Corporate Compliance team, in our Calgary office. Reporting to the Chief Privacy Manager, Privacy Office, the successful candidate will effectively provide direct administration support, as well as collaborative efforts with the broader Corporate Compliance department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the document control, quality assurance, branding, formatting, templating, translation, quality assurance, and internal and external web publication of corporate policies.
- Coordinate, set up, maintain and update documentation within internal and external SharePoints, Controlled Document Library (CDL) and OpenText system applications.
- Provide master administration services for Corporate Compliance SharePoint sites and assets to ensure information, security access controls and records management processes are accurate, consistent, auditable and able to be maintained as per IS standards.
- Assist with the creation, formatting, editing, templating, branding and configuration of program documents and reports using Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Maintain content on department intranet websites and ensure information is accurate and consistent.
- Coordinate all Corporate Compliance program updates for publishing to the appropriate Microsoft Teams channels.
- Provide assistance with or training on system and application use as needed to Corporate Compliance department and program stakeholders.
- Assist with meeting facilitation, coordination and set up as required for larger sized group meetings.
- Documenting day-to-day tasks and functions, and staying updated on team processes and related IS tools.
- Support department by troubleshooting technical/software inquiries or issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Successful completion of a recognized certificate or diploma program in business administration or equivalent relevant to the role is required.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in the administrative field.
- Experience with OpenText, SAP (and associated modules), Power BI and Microsoft PowerApps.
- Substantive experience with document control and related processes including advanced computer and technical skillset related to document control.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Form integration, and Power Automate.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing deadlines and conflicting priorities.
- High degree of initiative and ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Superior organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation and app development would be an asset.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish would be an asset.
