Are you an organized and proactive professional who thrives on supporting dynamic teams and ensuring everything runs seamlessly? We’re looking for an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and Support Team. This is a remote position, but we are looking for applicants residing in Alberta and are eligible to work without sponsorship.
This role is more than just administrative. It’s an opportunity to integrate strategic coordination across multiple teams making a meaningful impact. In this role you’ll help maintain interconnected functions and enable the efficient execution of company strategies for our clinics. In addition, you’ll support our employer branding and marketing initiatives, contributing to how we attract, engage, and retain top talent across our organization.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Location: Resides in Alberta.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive / Operations Assistant, or similar role.
  • Education: Post Secondary Education preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient skills in Microsoft 365 products and apps; experience with and understanding of AI tools; and proficiency in digital marketing platforms like Canva.
  • Social Media: Demonstrated expertise with content creation across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, approachable, and highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and uphold company values with integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Operational Support: Scheduling, email management and document handling are required. You help ensure seamless communication and workflow across Teams leveraging Microsoft 365 tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Actively contribute to strategic meetings by providing insights and supporting the implementation of company-wide strategies and policies. Utilize AI tools (E.g. Copilot, ChatGpt) for data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Event and Project Coordination: Organize logistics for company events (2 to 4 per year, approx. 20 team members each), along with special initiatives, ensuring they align with company objectives and utilize resources effectively.
  • Technology and Marketing Management: Oversee technology procurement (in clinic hardware needs). Create engaging marketing content using tools like Canva, ensuring consistency with the company’s branding and communication strategies.
  • Employer Branding and Social Media Support: Assist with employer branding, marketing and advertising efforts across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to showcase our unique workplace culture.
