Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to manage daily Rec Center and Maine Bound business and administrative operations. This position works in cooperation with all Recreation Center and Maine Bound full time staff to coordinate student employee HR functions, manages daily and monthly cash handling, invoicing, receivables and other business, administrative and student hiring functions of the Department. The Coordinator will work closely with several units within Campus Recreation including Facility Operations, Program staff and Marketing. Works closely with the recreation management software Rectrac as well as all financial, HR, scheduling and other software programs utilized by the UMaine system and Campus Recreation. Assists the Director of Campus Recreation with budget preparation, development and monitoring. Typical hiring range for this position is $42,000 to $46,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
