Role Overview:

  • Manages daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinates team meetings and events and prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
  • Assists in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communications.
  • Prepares reports, write and distribute email, correspondence memos/letters.
  • Routes documents and maintain appropriate filing systems.
  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provides general support to the department operations

Role Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate of a Business or Engineering course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Relevant buying experience, knowledge in coordinating with all entities involved in a supply chain/process, and strategic planning in procurement, production, and inventory controls is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
