Description:
THE TEAM
This role is based in our central Business Support Team andis aligned to the Real Estate department. The Real Estate support team is made up of PAs and Legal Secretaries andthe position reports into the Real Estate Senior PA.

Responsibilities:
ROLE PROFILE
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant on a 12month fixed term contract to support our Real Estate department. This is a fulltime position based in our new Bristol office, 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm,Monday to Friday.
WHATYOU’LL DO
The main purpose of this role is to provide high leveladministrative support onsite to the PA and legal teams and other areas of thebusiness when requested including but not limited to:
- Managing deeds including checking deeds, typing schedules, assisting with deed audits, requesting, returning and posting deeds out. Liaising with key clients to keep deed records up to date;
- Scanning, photocopying, printing and binding;
- Preparation of letters and special delivery and courier forms;
- Saving and distributing scanned post;
- Assisting with all aspects of billing;
- Running WIP Manager reports;
- Updating and maintaining data rooms both internal and client based;
- Using the Land Registry website and Searchflow to order searches and copy documents;
- Dealing with telephone enquiries;
Assist the PA team with monthly billing;File closures.
