QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post Secondary education or equivalent work experience;
  • 3 years of experience as an administrator at a corporate level;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Proven organizational and time management skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Understand the necessity of confidentiality in dealing with employee issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the RioCan’s People and Brand team including:
  • calendar management;
  • travel and accommodations bookings;
  • corporate AMEX and expense reconciliation;
  • invoice processing;
  • filing;
  • event and employee training planning and coordination;
  • administering and downloading reports from a variety of HR systems and consolidating data as needed;
  • management of sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion;
  • variety of administration duties and projects as assigned.
