QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post Secondary education or equivalent work experience;
- 3 years of experience as an administrator at a corporate level;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- Proven organizational and time management skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Understand the necessity of confidentiality in dealing with employee issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the RioCan’s People and Brand team including:
- calendar management;
- travel and accommodations bookings;
- corporate AMEX and expense reconciliation;
- invoice processing;
- filing;
- event and employee training planning and coordination;
- administering and downloading reports from a variety of HR systems and consolidating data as needed;
- management of sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion;
- variety of administration duties and projects as assigned.
