SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support throughout the company.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • High School diploma or GED, required; Associate degree preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Hands on experience with office machines (i.e., fax machines, printers and computers)
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary staff
  • Clear criminal history

Responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • Assistance in the maintenance of policies and procedures
  • Provide clerical services based on the needs of the Business Office Manager or assigned supervisor
  • Collect data and prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Filing
  • Perform all clerical duties as assigned and ensure that 100% of tasks are completed accurately, within established time guidelines, and are consistent with the standards of the company
  • Assist in other tasks, as assigned
