Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily office tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining office records.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Create professional proposals and reports as required.
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including booking venues and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask.
    Preference: Candidates with their own UAE visa will be given priority.
