We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our client’s purpose-driven, non-profit team. This is a full-time, permanent remote opportunity that plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of administrative tasks and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the team.

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or engagement-focused role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Technically savvy and proficient in relevant software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingualism is an asset but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of 1-2 large events each year, along with monthly webinars.
  • Manage the logistics of senior leadership travel for conferences and events.
  • Coordinate the annual holiday party and other team-building events.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Engagement Officer and Office Manager, including:
  • Managing calendars
  • Booking travel
  • Handling expense reporting
  • Proofreading documents to ensure all communications are polished and professional
  • Anticipate needs and address challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a go-to resource for troubleshooting issues as they arise
