JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and contribute to the efficiency of our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle communication with clients and employees, schedule appointments, and assist in daily office tasks.
Job Responsibility:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is well-organized
- Assist in organizing meetings and events, and take meeting minutes as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
