JOB BRIEF (ADMINISTRATOR)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
An effective Administrator must be an excellent communicator with superior skills. He must be comfortable presenting the company image and handle the passive customers well.
The goal is organizing the customers inquiries and updating them regarding their requests.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

· Proven experience as Call Center representative or administrative role minimum one year in UAE.
· Experience in Automotive industry is preferred.
· Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
· Good knowledge of MS group and Google apps.
· Ability to learn about services and product knowledge.
· Arabic Speaker with excellent knowledge of English language.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
· High school diploma / Bachelor Degree.
· Driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Contact existing customers to inform them about the recent update regarding their automobiles.
· Answer questions about our products or the company.
· Coordinate with the other departments to guarantee a smooth operation.
· Analyze each customer inquiry in a detailed report to be able to understand the client’s status.
· Arranging daily reports for the received and given calls.
· Enrich the clients with the required information.
· Enhance the company’s reputation and solve the client’s complaints.
