ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for administrative support for our Regional Marketing & Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring and organizing information so that it is available to all stakeholders within the organization. You’ll be responsible for organizing cross-functional calls and meetings, incl. taking care of the necessary arrangements. In this role, you’ll significantly contribute to productivity and our organizational culture.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Completed commercial training, either a completed apprenticeship as an office clerk or a high-school diploma plus a few years of relevant working experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. business administration, applied economics, communications etc.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Power BI skills will be considered an asset
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Relevant work experience is an advantage but not strictly necessary
Responsibilities:
IN ADDITION, YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE
- Preparation and organization of the monthly team meeting & keeping track of agreed action points
- Organization of workshops and meetings (hotel bookings, travel arrangements etc.)
- Managing cross-functional business update calls incl. facilitation, organization and storage of information
- Posting updated on our company-internal app
- Administrative assistance for our Regional President, incl. agenda management, travel arrangements, expense reports etc.
