Education:
 Successful completion of secondary school education according to provincial/territorial standards or Public Service Commission approved alternatives, such as a combination of education, experience, and/or training.
Degree equivalency
Experience:
 Experience in providing administrative and office management services to management and staff such as: arranging meetings, preparing short reports/letters and minutes, monitoring budget expenditures, making travel arrangements, managing the calendar, receiving and directing telephone calls.
 Experience in financial management such as: assisting in budgeting, recording transactions, developing and seeking required approvals, reporting on expenditures/balances and providing advice.
 Experience using Microsoft office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
