Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in the real estate industry
- Experience with records management systems
SKILLS:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills to manage calendars, arrange meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes. You will also use your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to prepare documents and reports, and your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ashland Hills Hotel. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with little or no supervision, and will be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Arrange meetings and conference calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
