REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 Years of age.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent typing skills
- Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn.
- Must have a “Team” focused attitude.
- Must be coachable and able to take direction.
- Positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Process paper work between agents and clients
- Answer inbound calls agents
- Occasionally contact providers with questions related to application process
- Work with a dedicated team to ensure timely data entry and support
