Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participating in the day-to-day administration of the Centre
2. Provision of adhoc Administrative & Finance support
3. Communicating all information to the Centre Manager to ensure efficiency of the Centre
4. Taking and recording of bookings, invoicing, and ensuring the booking system is reflecting updated recorde promptly.
5. Typing letters and reports, inputting financial data (Income and expenditure), filing, sending and receiving of emails and other data, and dealing with incoming telephone calls and relaying messages accordingly.
9. Processing of invoices for payment authorisation, recording of monies received on the booking platform.
10. Ensuring that all correspondence is recorded and processed, in order to facilitate efficient working of the Centre
11. Assisting with the reviewing and update of the filing system
13. To be proactive in acquainting yourself with all aspects of the work at the Centre, including development of computerised administrative and financial systems using;
MS computer packages, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.
14. To be sensitive to the needs of a diverse community.

Pay: £11.59-£11.60 per hour
