Description:

REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in the role and to grow as the team and the business growth, you will need to bring with you, not only a can-do attitude but also the following attributes:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.
  • Required language: English, any other languages
  • At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field
  • Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, able to interact and communicate well with colleagues
  • Possess a valid driving license (if any).

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Prepare and maintain filing for company documents for management.
  • Assist with general upkeep and maintenance of the office.
  • Manage telephone reception duties including answering phone calls and attending to queries and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.);
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and stationeries and place orders when necessary.
  • Liaise with external parties including suppliers on office maintenance and office equipment matters
  • To assist in scanning and print functions whenever necessary.
  • Assist to handle travel arrangements including airline and hotel reservations for employees including the welfare of overseas/outstation staff.
  • Assist in the compilation & documentation of SOPs and administrative policy processes in accordance with the B2BE global environment.
  • Assist admin team in local office lease renewal.
  • Assist in any statutory submissions to local authorities.
  • Assist to arrange the collection of payments from customers.
  • Assist in the centralization on-global processes and implementation.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Assist operations and documentation support for Admin Team
  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects or assignments assigned by management when required
  • Reporting to the Senior Admin Specialist
