THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a permanent Administrative Assistant (10 – 20 hours/week). The pay is hourly and will be based on prior experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Alberta Class 5 Driver’s licence
- Organized and detail-orientated
- Proficient in MS office
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Responsibilities:
- Greeting office guests
- General office administration
- Administration of safety, environmental and human resource programs
- General inspection of equipment and supplies
- May include limited bookkeeping (including invoicing) based on experience
