THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a permanent Administrative Assistant (10 – 20 hours/week). The pay is hourly and will be based on prior experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Alberta Class 5 Driver’s licence
  • Organized and detail-orientated
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting office guests
  • General office administration
  • Administration of safety, environmental and human resource programs
  • General inspection of equipment and supplies
  • May include limited bookkeeping (including invoicing) based on experience
