Overview:
CarePartners is adding to our team and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to ensure effective customer service and communication skills. The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of our North East Branch- North Bay’s daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the “face of the company” and greet customers and patients in a professional manner
  • Conduct administrative duties for the team such as booking appointments, filing paperwork, and organizing office supplies
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries and direct as appropriate
  • Follow up with general voicemail and email
  • Monitor office security, swipe cards and office supplies
  • Coordinate office activities and troubleshoot administrative issues or challenges
  • Other duties as assigne
