KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with some HR exposure.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and staff reviews.
- Organise and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organisation.
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools.
