KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with some HR exposure.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £22,880.00-£24,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and staff reviews.
  • Organise and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents with a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organisation.
  • Maintain up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools.
