Description:
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree, B.S, preferred or related field or 5 years equivalent experience.
- Familiar with computers, good office techniques, bookkeeping, budget, and other office skills.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written
- .Must have excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively with staff, clients and external agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Promote the agency’s mission statement to maintain a hospitable work environment agency wide.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
- Responsible for the distribution of daily incoming mail.
- Responsible for assisting with pulling receipts for monthly reimbursement requests.
- Responsible for maintaining & updating various inventory & financial reimbursement files.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Foster an atmosphere of mutual respect by encouraging positive staff relations.
- Responsible for assisting with preparing posting memos.
- An ability to utilize knowledge base and creativity in organizing activities within the financial organization as needed.
- Assists with preparing posting memos as needed.
- Assist in entering invoices in SAGE software as needed.
- Assists with completing payable vouchers as needed.
- Assists with Petty Cash reconciliations as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with information.
- Assists with creating memos, letters, as needed.
- Other duties as necessary.
