Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Be the first contact with internal clients and external providers, and as such, representative of the Company’s image
- Greet visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
- Ensure a high level of servicing quality
- Office admin task including Facilities and Office Service
- Order, receive and follow up couriers
- Assist with various administrative and maintenance tasks
Organize and maintain office files recordsStrict following of the access security rules and other guidelines
