Description:

JOB DEFINITION:

An integral part of the administrative support staff providing strong secretarial services and administrative support to management of Residential Programs and performing assignments of an administrative nature.

EDUCATION REQUIRED;

College education is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Strong secretarial skill in typing and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Significant experience at the senior management level.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates administrative correspondence for the Director of Residential Programs.
  • Provides secretarial services to the Director of Residential Programs. Performs typing and other secretarial duties for other program administrators. Maintains confidentiality requirements.
  • Expedite administrative functions of Director of Residential Programs by assisting with projects as assigned.
  • Assists with the organization of administrative meetings and/or events; reproduces and disseminates materials as directed.
  • Maintains database for staff and clients.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals.
  • Encourage quality improvement processes and provide consistent resources for QI and professional development.
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following established safety guidelines.
  • Ability to cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views and experiences. A Culture that makes better decisions, drives innovation, and delivers better business results.
