Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree related on administration or equivalent experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Package
- Communication skills
- Fluent level of English.
- Advance level in Office, excel, powerpoint, power BI
- At least 2-3 years of experience in control management
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
- Support administrative process of claims.
- Claim control and reporting support to the adjusting team.
- Claim status and adjustment progress control.
- Document control.
- Keep an update on adjusting activities of each claimed assigned.
- Follow up on actions and commitments related to the adjusting process.
- Keep to date agenda and reminders on scheduled meetings and appointments.
- Support and elaborate technical and commercial presentations.
- Support on report formatting.
- Insurers date system updates
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting and update on claim control systems at different clients and to the Manager
- Constant monitoring on adjustment progress
- Information control on claims
- FNOL support – initial contact to client/agent/insured
- Report assembly support to adjusters
- Data bases build up
