Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree related on administration or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Package
  • Communication skills
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Advance level in Office, excel, powerpoint, power BI
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in control management

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

  • Support administrative process of claims.
  • Claim control and reporting support to the adjusting team.
  • Claim status and adjustment progress control.
  • Document control.
  • Keep an update on adjusting activities of each claimed assigned.
  • Follow up on actions and commitments related to the adjusting process.
  • Keep to date agenda and reminders on scheduled meetings and appointments.
  • Support and elaborate technical and commercial presentations.
  • Support on report formatting.
  • Insurers date system updates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting and update on claim control systems at different clients and to the Manager
  • Constant monitoring on adjustment progress
  • Information control on claims
  • FNOL support – initial contact to client/agent/insured
  • Report assembly support to adjusters
  • Data bases build up
