JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric and tech savvy executive assistant to support the GIS East Regional Exec. on our ICG team. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and strong technical skills to assist the ICG GIS East Regional Head, and other leaders and officers with support items when necessary. Strong collaboration with internal partners and bankers is an important part of this role. This individual must be a self-starter that looks ahead proactively and anticipates the needs of those they support, and reacts promptly when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Calendar / In Box management / Meeting Prep.
  • Completing expense reports and tracking
  • Event planning / Invite List & RSVP Management
  • Meeting coordination, both remotely and onsite
  • Conducting special projects
  • Creating PowerPoint Presentations
  • Travel arrangements
  • Assist with employee onboarding
  • Backup of other administrative staff
  • Other team / office needs

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE OF THE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
