Responsibilities:

This position will provide administrative assistance to the Construction, Special Projects and Service Teams by handling these key tasks:

  • Complete project and change order set ups
  • Create and send invoices for projects in multiple departments
  • Document and process job close out
  • Issue purchase orders for materials requested by field personnel
  • Upload and index documents into electronic document systems
  • Enter and retrieve data from our operating system
