FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / COMMERCIAL LOAN SPECIALIST
Industry: Non-profit organization specializing in SBA 504 loans

SUMMARY OF MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of professional experience as an administrative assistant, executive admin assistant, paralegal, or a specialist in banking or real estate
- Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, in our Jacksonville, FL office
- Ability to pass a rigorous background check

About You: We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant / Commercial Loan Specialist to join our Jacksonville team. This person would be responsible for helping maintain our pipeline of SBA 504 loan deals while ensuring quick responses and turnaround times to requests. Industry knowledge will come with time and training, but there are a few non-negotiable skills and traits we are looking for.

REQUIREMENTS
This job might be for you if you:
- Have at least one (1) year of professional experience as an administrative assistant, executive admin assistant, paralegal, or a specialist in banking or real estate
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Are computer-savvy and have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have professional communication skills (phone, email, and messaging)
- Have prior experience with reviewing loan closing statements (helpful, but not required)
- Available to work full-time Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, in our Jacksonville, FL office
- Already live in the Jacksonville, FL area or are willing to relocate (especially if you have ties to the area)
- Are comfortable with working onsite in an office setting
- Can pass a rigorous criminal background check
Responsibilities:
- Learn and retain program details and requirements to appropriately document, close, and fund SBA 504 loans
- Accurately organize documents, keeping in mind federal requirements, internal policies, naming conventions, etc.
- Utilize all Microsoft Office products and learn FFCFC’s internal web-based programs
- Consistently communicate and follow up with colleagues, partners, and clients
- Maintain a large pipeline of deals (in various stages) while ensuring quick responses and turn times to requests
